What an improvement to the narration Lee. It is much better; clearer, more professional and much easier for the audience to follow. The opening of the documentary is fantastically strong and instantly hooks the audience. Great integration of interview shots as well as house and travel shots. A shame though that you did not utilise the green screen or create a more suitable backdrop during the interview.
Lee, you have created an extremely professional and highly skilled documentary which follows conventions well. You have demonstrated excellence in the ability to shoot material appropriate for the task set, demonstrating excellent control of camera, close attention to mise-en-scene, a wide variety of shots and close attention to framing. In addition to this the editing communicates meaning to audience making excellent use of transitions. The sound is also exemplary with creative use of soundtrack (composed and performed by you) and professionally narrated.

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately about 3.5 mins in the documentary video seems to freeze, the audio continues for a short while but also stops. Is this just my computer?
